Trusted monotest technology
Alegria® 2 uses the same Monotest strip with SMC® Technology (Sensotronic Memorized Calibration) that is used in the 1st generation instrument and has been proven with over 60 million Alegria® tests performed in more than 80 countries.
Each Alegria® Monotest strip includes the complete set of reagents that are needed to perform the analysis for one individual patient result. Each test result is validated with its own integrated control for highest reliability and quality in the lab.
This concept results in utmost flexibility to run high and low volume assays simultaneously in a cost-effective manner. Even single tests are done at no extra costs, no waste of unused reagents!
